Attention: Camps are traditionally 4 weeks long. This helps prevent overtraining by giving your muscles a rest. We have schedule 3-week camps throughout the winter to plan around holidays and other scheduled events. We have, therefore, pro-rated the 3-week camp enrollment rates.

All camps must have a miminum of 7 people. Find a location-email us with the location and a commitment of 7 people and you will have your very own camp.
